Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Newmarket, Ontario, has restarted a cherished tradition that highlights the school’s culture of having fun and helping others.
On May 31, 2024, roughly 600 students and staff participated in Relay for Life, raising $145,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society through 12 hours of challenging outdoor activities and good times experienced together as a school community. ... 2024 Lenten Mass
On March 21, 2024 the York Catholic District School Board celebrated the third annual board-wide Lenten Mass of Renewal and Reconciliation. Livestreamed to the board’s 50,000 students, the Mass featured the talented students of St Edward Catholic Elementary School and St Brother Andre Catholic High School, in Markham, who performed the music and helped with the readings.

Sacred Heart Students Beautify Food Bank
Mr. Galang and the students of the Sacred Heart Catholic High School’s Integrated Arts Course did an incredible job creating four intricate murals for the Newmarket Food Pantry as a part of the Community Arts event.
